The topic of forgiveness brings out all kinds of emotions and questions.  Jesus is clear that when a person comes seeking forgiveness from us that we must learn to forgive sincerely, in the same way that we have been forgiven by Him.

Unifying Phrase:  Don’t forgive and forget, forgive and be freed.

• Forgiving others does not mean that you accept their actions as ok.
• When a person who has wronged us is seeking forgiveness we are called to forgive them with a sincere heart.
• The only one who loses by not forgiving is you.
• We were once enemies of God, yet through the forgiveness of Jesus we have been reconciled.
