Laws Concerning Divorce (VC)
The Torah left vague guidelines which, for generations, allowed men to abuse the Law and divorce their wives for reasons as heartless as boredom. During His earthly ministry, Jesus strongly and publicly condemns this practice; and, instead calls for men and women of all generations to be faithful to one another in their marital vows, just as The Lord is faithful to His covenantal vow.
