We know that reaching unchurched persons is important, but we often perceive that we don’t yet know enough or are otherwise under-qualified to actually reach out.  At Pentecost, we see that Jesus has qualified His followers to reach the unreached.  By pouring out the Spirit on His disciples, Jesus confirmed that all people must believe in Him.  By anointing us with that same Spirit, Jesus not only secures us in His grace through faith, but He also sends and empowers us for His same mission: to reach all people with the good news.
