So often it is taught that someone simply needs to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and that is essential and a truly wonderful thing to have; however, if Jesus is our sole focus, both the Father and the Holy Spirit ultimately are removed from our understanding of who God is. Scripture repeatedly shows that God is to be taught, worshiped and understood as the Almighty, Three-in-One.

• Jesus Christ is rightfully the focal point of Christianity; however, if your understanding of God omits either the Father or the Spirit, you and I are no longer worshipping the same Triune God.
